"Light escapes the vault beneath my bed.

Music distant in a far away place, a memory put to bed too soon.

The middle of the night, the light, the fire, the magic.

My words become memory as the sun rises and my pen runs low.

Those words may be lost to the depths of time but to I they will remain forever in my heart for sometimes it is easier to dream such a dream when no one is watching"

This collection of poetry was formed to act as a journal for both the author and the reader. As the reader makes their way through the book they are encouraged to turn it into a new book, add drawings, quotes, corrections, even re-writes, make it their own.
