Everything the Dark Remembers
The Imperial Resonance Authority has spent three hundred years deciding what the field is allowed to hold.
It classifies. It contains. It silences what it cannot measure and calls the silence proof of absence. It files its reports in triplicate and sends its automated reminders and tells the ordinary people of the commonwealth that the galaxy is safer because someone understands it.
The field holds everything anyway.
Five people move through an Authority that is already ending. What they carry, the Authority has a name for. What they are, it does not. The field has known the difference for longer than the Authority has existed - has been holding the shape of what they are, and what they will do, and what cannot be undone once they are finally in the same space.
The Authority's instruments will not catch it.
The field will not forget it.
The dark remembers everything.
Everything the Dark Remembers is the first book in the Resonance Series - a science fiction sequence about what survives erasure, what the Authority cannot file, and what the field has always been holding.
