Everything is f*cked is an extraordinary book. Manson simplifies the complex human mind down to 'thinking brain and feeling brain'. How to get the two brains to work together. So that one brain soothes the other like a kindly mother.The simple but hard solution is 'hope is action not thought. You want better you must do better.'
