Dr. Kern's book is a tremendous resource for all women. It is both practical and uplifting. It gives women needed resources to improve their attitudes and their very lives.

Dr. Kern offers practical tips for real, everyday women. It was a quick, easy and enjoyable read. I refer to it often for inspiration and to remind myself that my simple, daily changes are changing my life. My only regret is that there are just 122 pages. I can't wait to read more from this inspiring author!
