Jenna is a very practical watercolor painter that starts with lessons on making leaves: point, press and release. She makes it look so simple that you just HAVE to try it on your own! She paints some of the flowers is a loose painterly style, but several of the flowers are in a more realistic style. I would definitely encourage anyone just starting out in watercolor to get this book. It stands alone, but also builds on her first book "Everyday Watercolor".
