Excellent Introduction to Evergreen, Colorado

I borrowed this book from the library and enjoyed it so much that I had to have my own copy. In addition to a detailed and fascinating history of the founding of Evergreen, Gene & Barbara have incuded many of the recent debates regarding the future of "our mountain community" as the population grows. It is a thoughtful and provocative book with helpful information for visitors, residents, and historians alike. I recommend it highly!
