"Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry." Developing the skill of asking questions, and acutally listening, builds a bridge of relationhip that can bear the weight of truth. In so doing, one will win friends, influence people and be able to discuss personal topics and experiences, including areas of personal beliefs and faith. Midwestern raised. While in college, discovered the reality of God's desire to adopt those whom He created to be sons and daughters through the redeeming work of Jesus Christ. Mentored through the one-to-one discipling ministry of the Navigators. That training led to the joy of meeting new people, hearing their stories and discovering how my Heavenly Father has been pursuing them though they may not be even aware yet of His pursuit.
