Evaluation of the illegibility of prescriptions filled at a pharmacy

The aim of this manuscript is to identify, quantify and analyse the incidence and potential problems related to prescriptions that could lead to errors or changes in the dispensing of medicines in a community pharmacy in a Social Centre in the West Zone of S o Paulo; as well as to raise awareness among health professionals of the importance of the quality of prescriptions for dispensing and administration and the consequent promotion of the rational use of medicines, providing patients with greater efficacy and safety in pharmacological treatment.
