Evaluating the Effectiveness of the 2001-2002 NASA "why?" Files Program

This report contains the results of the evaluation conducted for the 2001-2002 NASA 'Why?' Files program that was conducted in March 2002. The analysis is based on the results of 139 surveys collected from educators registered for the program.
