On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Central-German theologian and pedagogue Eva Healer on 18 May 2014 former companions, lecturers of parish educational seminaries and students met in Naumburg to appreciate Healer's parish educational work. The present volume combines the publication of important and partly unpublished texts by Healer with a scientific evaluation of her parish educational, theological and pedagogical approach and with biographical-historical perspectives. Furthermore, consideration was given to the present-day significance of Eva Healer in regard to parish-educational formation and contemporary practice.
