Good backround to European Pro Cycle Races

With the help of this book, I traveled much of France and Belgium and some of northern Italy to follow the major tours and Classics. The only two negative things I can say is 1) By now it is rather dated; pre 1990; and 2) It is somewhat limited in the amount of information just because it covers 20 races. Each race could be a book onto itself.
