La critique des donn es thermodynamiques de la litt rature a permis d'extraire des valeurs d'entropie et d'enthalpie de formation pour le compos Al4CO4. Les diff rentes volutions de la technique spectrom trique pour mener bien cette tude sont expos es. Les concepts de coefficients d' vaporation et de condensation qui d crivent les tats de non quilibre ont t revisit s et adapt s l' tude du syst me Alumine-Graphite. La d termination de ces coefficients pour les esp ces gazeuses majoritaires Al, CO et Al2O a t faite pour des m langes de poudres mais aussi pour des chantillons surfaciques sans contact. Abstract: The study of Alumina-Graphite vaporization under vacuum has been performed by using high temperature Knudsen cell mass spectrometry. Additionally, a thermodynamic analysis of the operating conditions of a superalloy casting furnace is realized. A critical investigation of literature thermodynamic data allows us to extract values of entropy and formation enthalpy of the Al4CO4 solid compound. Different methodological improvements of the spectrometric technique are presented. Evaporation and condensation coefficients used to describe non equilibrium vaporization states are explained and applied to the study of Alumina-Graphite system. The determination of these coefficients for the major gaseous species Al, CO and Al2O is carried out for powder mixtures and also for different Alumina-Graphite surface ratios without direct contact.
