This textbook and reference work has great ideas and materials on the most relevant issues in dealing with these complex topics. Since this material becomes (partially) dated quickly, one might wish to wait for the new edition.Nevertheless, it makes a valuable contribution by covering extensively many of the major issues in this growing and rapidly changing field.
