good questions, if not answers

An impressive array of ethicists and philosophers weigh in the volume that takes on one of the most, if not the most, spectacular failures of humanity in recent history. My social science background left me poorly equipped to navigate the sophisticated twists and turns of these dense philosophical essays, but I found the book a courageous attempt to deal with questions that will trouble thinkers for a long time to come.
