Being blinded by material interests makes us blind and the whole world concentrates on them alone, making us deeply unhappy. The beggar and the millionaire are equally miserable in their futile attempt to reach the limit of material satiation: there is none And it is so frustrating to realize, as we pass away, that life has been lived in vain and the main goal has not been achieved....
This fairy tale parable shows life in a very different world - in the world of true eternal happiness. The truth of happiness consists in living not in oneself and everything under oneself, but for the benefit of the weaker and smaller - our younger brothers, children and grandchildren. And the eternity of happiness became possible thanks to chance, which provided the joy of the spiritsless almost to infinity and showed the insignificance of material things in comparison with the feelings of the Soul.
