Moral claptrap posing as a movie

Someone figured out how to exchange brains to ensure living forever. Now it is up to a corporation to approve or disapprove of being partners with these potentially evil (transferring mind to a new body) people. It looks like the bad cabal is going to win finally. But wait, there is interference by a homeless vet and a handful of sleazy hookers as the plot thickens. This is played by a bunch of second-rate actors that you will never see again, hopefully. They could at least try. Cheap props and gooey moralist claptrap drip from every mouth. The is action, but more Ayn Rand type speeches that get quite annoying. A standard twist at the end, allowing for a possible sequel. It will not take you long to see why this movie gets the bottom-of-the-barrel ratings.
