The meclazine HCL and caffeine are ant- vertigo drugs and are used to treat motion sickness and vertigo in children and adults. They can be determined simultaneously by the Reverse phase chromatography method. The method development and Validation are done as per" International Conference on Harmonization " i.e IC H guidelines. The various parameter studied are linearity, Accuracy, precision, the limit of detection, the limit of Quantitation, Robustness and Ruggedness.
