Excellent PICU book

This is a very well written book. It provides good pathophysiology reviews and practical approach to pediatric ICU. I like the section at the end of each chapter addressing the future trends and and what is under active research related to the topic. I am waiting for a new eddition especially that this book is out of print and very hard to find.
