Blockchain is the new technology that powers a new class of decentralized applications on the internet. It is a new organizing paradigm for discovery of information and transfer of any information, and, potentially organization of all human activity at a much larger and efficient scale than before. We may be at the dawn of a new revolution that started with the fringe economy on the internet, an alternative currency called Bitcoin.
