Dahmane published his first work before he was 20, including an extensive reportage on the suffering of animals in zoos. At the same time, he worked as a freelance portrait photographer for a range of French magazines, including L'Expansion, Capital, L'Express, Le Figaro, VSD, Closer, L'Usine Nouvelle and others.
Several volumes of his nudes have been released, including Dahmane (bags), Dressed Nudes (Futami-Shobo), Dressed Nudes (Edition Skylight and La Musardine), Erotic Sessions (Edition Skylight and La Musardine) and Addicted to Nudes (Edition Skylight and La Musardine). His nude works have been published all over the world and exhibited in London, Paris, Rome and Los Angeles, among other places.
Dahmane still lives in Paris, and continues to devote himself to photographing female nudes and doing portraits. He is represented by the Claude Lemand Gallery.
