Auf Basis einer Darstellung der allgemeinen Grundlagen und ausgesuchter Anwendungsm glichkeiten wird im Schwerpunkt der Arbeit die Ermittlung logistischer Prozesskostens tze in einem ausgew hlten Pilotbereich der John Deere Werke Zweibr cken, einer Zweigniederlassung der Deere & Company, beschrieben. Durch Logistikkostenzuordnung werden die gemeinkostenintensivsten Bereiche ermittelt und unter Abstimmung der Pr ferenzen des Logistikmanagements, die physische Logistik der Vormontage als Pilotbereich ausgew hlt. Anschlie end erfolgen die Durchf hrung der T tigkeitsanalyse, die Aggregation zu Teilprozessen, Berechnung der Teilprozesskostens tze, sowie die Verdichtung zu Hauptprozessen. Die aus der Diplomarbeit resultierenden Erkenntnisse und Prozesskostens tze werden in erster Linie dazu verwendet, im Zuge einer Materialflussoptimierung, das Potenzial der Kosteneinsparung absch tzen zu k nnen. The focus of the master thesis at hand is activity based costing. Based on an illustration of the general fundamentals and selected applications this master thesis centers on the calculation of logistics process cost rates within a selected pilot area of John Deere Werke Zweibr cken, a branch of Deere & Company. The areas with the most significant overhead costs are determined by logistics cost allocation and in alignment with the preferences of Logistics Management the physical logistic of pre-assembly is selected as the pilot area. Following subsequently are the execution of the task analysis, the aggregation to subprocesses, the sub-process cost calculation as well as the consolidation to main processes. All findings and the process cost rates resulting from this master thesis will primarily be used to estimate the potential of a cost saving in the course of materia
