Ere Yesterday Poetry 9. A collection influenced by mythology and the author's thoughts of love and hope. The statue of Diane de Poitiers as Diana, goddess of the hunt, on the front cover, was created by Jean Goujon (c. 1510 - c. 1565) and stands in the grounds of the Ch teau d'Anet, 28260 Anet, France. The castle was used as a filming location in the 1965 James Bond film Thunderball and 1976 film The Pink Panther Strikes Again. As he was finishing this volume of poetry, the author came across the penultimate poem, The Ministry Of Defence Has Confirmed, written some six years ago and mislaid. He thought it appropriate to include it in a volume to which he had already ascribed the title 'Ere Yesterday'.
