This handy reference manual is in its second edition of print. The author starts off with basic anatomy of the horse, covering bones through to the outer layer of skin. The author covers stresses for each area, common areas of injury and the whys of such; rehabilitation techniques--with the pros and cons of each; short and long term weaknesses that can occur; and much, much more! This book is highly recommended for the Horse Owner or Rider's Library.
