Equality versus Dignity

The expression Equality versus dignity was highlighted by Sandel in economics. In his work, he shows how economic theories and ideologies of an exclusively external order do not provide us with effective equality, and are therefore unequal. There we find in Foucault exactly the same line of thought or questioning, going through the theories of argumentation of legal forms and their versions of truth.Finally, this juridical notion of what institutionalism and truth are has led to an incursion into the modern technology of AI in the work of Mendon a and others, analyzing how it has become institutionalized to also be used as an element of control and power, but now by a single controller, the person in charge. From all this, we are left with the reflection and the question of where or how they shape what we call democracy. Which one do we care about and want?
