Equal Playing Field

Join an all-star team of heroic women on a journey that tests the courage of their spirits. 30 female soccer players from 30 different countries, summit Mount Kilimanjaro and descend to the Dead Sea, to play the highest and lowest elevation soccer matches ever played. Equal Playing Field documents the remarkable journey of these women, as they endure physical and emotional challenges climbing and playing these games, in order to set two new Guinness World Records. Our lens focuses on EPF founder Laura (UK), Saja (Saudi Arabia), Dipa (Nepal), Monica (Mexico), Dani (American in the Middle East), Yasmeen (Jordan) and Jasmine (USA), along with some secondary players and experts, who discuss their own experiences and the evolution of females in sports. These women have endured sexism, racism, sexual assault, discrimination, poverty and everything in between but on the pitch, they're free and filled with hope. We shine a light on their backstories in their diverse cultures and their deep passion to make things better for future generations of women everywhere.
