Quality never goes out of style

Looking for some groundbreaking literature on the subject of epidural analgesia ? Here it is! Or was, to be precise: P R Bormage's standard textbook has not been available in the bookstores for many years. It has become one of those classics you wish you had the chance to take a glance at, because so many modern textbooks refer to Bromage's work. And it is very readable after all these years. Taking a closerlook e.g. at the section on complications of epidural analgesia, you are left with the impression that not very much has happened in medicine since the book's final edition. We do know a lot more about the subject by now- but most of the basic knowledge we need to apply the technique of epidural analgesia today can be found in this book. And, being a single author's work, you might even enjoy Bromage's personal style of writing. Highly recommendable-the only backlash being that it is not the most affordable of all "vintage" textbooks today.
