An incredibly important book

This book gives the historical background for some of the most important medical discoveries of the 20th Century. Dr. Theron Randolph was an extremely astute physician who listened very carefully to his patients. When their problems could not be explained by current medical knowledge, rather than dismissing them as neurotic or worse, he looked for logical, reasonable answers. In so doing he was ultimately able to document previously unsuspected relationships between health and the diet and environment. His medical career spanned over five decades, and his record of correctly diagnosing previous medical failures and restoring his patients to good health was most impressive. He offered a sweeping reinterpretation of traditional medical thinking, especially in its approach to previously unexplained and ineffectively treated chronic diseases. A book well worth reading. Other suggested reading is: An Alternative Approach to Allergies by Theron G. Randolph, M.D and Ralph Moss, Ph.D.
