great meal ideas and recipes

I love Greg Atkinson's writing style and his approach to food. Simple, innovative and comforting. His prose and life anecdotes are wonderful. The recipes range from simple to sophisticated, but are eminently doable. The stories that accompany each menu really set the scene.
