Good points and examples - more Solaris than security ?
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 23 years ago
In my work I am doing Enterprise Security. I also work with Solaris admin and setup as well. As I have been working with Solaris in the Enterprise it have been natural to use Jass/jumpstart /install servers).Regarding the Enterprise Security, I find many good details of network and services to secure. What have given me most is the details related to Solaris, Jass and Install servers - and of cause, that is a part of the Enterprise. However, if you're not familiar with the concepts used for Solaris installation and securing, it might not be the first book of your choise.I would say, that even experienced security professionals can find some good details - though I would say it is a book with focus on Solaris and not Enterprise as most would expect.
