This is a great book! I have been looking for something on this emerging subject for ages. The book is well laid out, clear, and allows me easily to go to the sections which interest me most. Mr. Jenkins has written this in a way which is easy to understand and is surprisingly enjoyable to read. This should be manatory reading at the collage level. For business people (like myself) this is perfect reading for executives and managers. This should be in the bookcase of every Big 5 firm executive! The numerous customer refernces (unbelievable) is worth the price of the book alone!
