Enteroplasty in patients with a neurological bladder still has a place in the surgical field. If conservative treatments (intermittent catheterisation, medical treatment) fail, enteroplasty should be considered in order to increase functional bladder capacity and maintain low pressure. The main objective is to preserve renal function, prevent urinary tract infections and, secondarily, ensure good urinary continence and adaptation to socio-professional life.
