Adolescent is a period of transition between childhood and adulthood, the purpose of this stage is the preparation of children for adult roles. The period involves multiple transitions consisting of education, employment as well as transition from one living circumstance to another. Moreover, adolescence can be defined biologically: as the physical growth marked by the onset of puberty and termination of physical development, cognitively: as changes in the ability to think abstractly and multi-dimensionally and socially: as period of preparation for responsibilities of adulthood. The main concern during this time is to watch the psychological front of teens carefully for proper psychological growth in later age, because on this stage teenagers face a lot of emotional storms, as they are not kids anymore to play with toys, on the other hand, they are not fully grown up to take their decisions and interfere in family matters. They are not only dealing with pubertal changes but also having different type of emotional upsetting like attraction to opposite gender but do not understand what is the change occurring to them. So, handling and understanding all these emotional discrepancies are very crucial for educators, parents and psychologists. Giving them unconditional love along with training regarding coping skills to deal with adverse situations is really important to develop an adult with full of survival skills in this fast and competitive world. There are many psychological issues like social anxiety, stress, exam anxiety, depression, adjustment problems and faulty interpersonal skills which need to be considered to ease the adjustment with natural changes among them.
