The aim of this research is to show that through the 4P's marketing mix and its strategic planning it is possible to identify or facilitate the production model, as well as proposing new improvements and strategic actions for the company to remain competitive in the market. This study will present the relationship between the 4P's marketing tool and the Engineer to Order production model used. The company chosen was small, focused on visual communication and a designer supplier of banners, banners and road markings.
