Excellent Book!

This is a must read book! it's easy to read with an excellent message for everone!

Highly recommend!

I need to be very honest, when I received the book from my corporate office my first thought was "another boring leadership book". It sat on the desk for three days and then I decided to begin reading during a nightly work out. It only took a few pages of reading and I was completely engaged in the message. I realized very soon this book was written to target any reader and the leadership lessons came to life. Needless to say, the book was finished the same night and I am looking forward to implementing the lessons learned.

I have had the opportunity to hear Clint speak @ two seperate company functions, really impressed with his message and the practicality associated with his ideas regarding leadership. It is nice to hear/read and apply what appears to be simple suggestions/directions to build a culture of engaged employee's & leaders. Well Done Clint!

Engaged Leadership by Clint Swindoll

This is best leadership book I have read. It keep my interest from start to finish and focused on leadership the way it should be--leadership vs. management. Businesses run in this environment would see employees grow and the company succeed.

Read and Learn!

Clint has few rivals in his ability to convey wisdom. I was really looking forward to reading his book. Engaged leadership is a wonderful read. Clint took a dual approach providing a leadership fable at the start and a more logical step wise model at the end. In both cases he was able to convey a powerful yet elegantly simple model of leadership. Based on the Q12 model of the Gallop organization Clint conveyed a number of excellent elements how managers can create a team that will outperform their disengaged uninspired counterparts. I found this to be an excellent hands on compliment to the Gallop model. I wonder when the field guide will come out.
