There is a story behind every family. It is interesting to note that every story is in some way similar but different. When you start a family with your partner, what happens when the in-laws enter the picture? Do they intentionally make things toxic, and do they not care?

There is no doubt that they torture you for their own benefit. Is your partner willing to let them be manipulative with you? How does that make you feel? Why do you think they behave that way, or do you think they are unhappy with themselves by doing so? Would you react if you discovered that at least one of your partner's in-laws is against you, doing everything they can to keep you away from the family picture, presenting you as someone irrelevant in their lives? Only for their personal gain or because they aim to demonstrate they are more important than their child's new partner for life. What would you do? How much effort would you put into making it work, fighting tooth and nail, and mending every single broken situation? Is there a time limit on how long your fight will take if you do?
