The change and experience you can embrace

I will share to this as an experience that everyone needs to encounter in there life. No matter how well or not we were raised; everyone has encountered a life full of goods and bad. In the book Mark refers to real life experiences and emotions in a way I felt it was as if he were there through my tough times. As a boy to growing to be a man, I desired to be loved and receive attention from my father. It was that one thing I never got, that drove me to desperate dark corners, and opened my life to hurt and pain only the world could provide. As I worked through this book it was an experience that I really didn't want to have and never wanted to really deal with. Things I experienced in life that I never wanted to admit happened and even more important realize that those events were still a real part and reason for why and who I am today. This book walked me through dealing with hurt, rejection, pain, loneliness, anxiety, and fear. Fear had consumed me to the point that I was scared to do anything. Therefore I didn't think I was the problem. In the later part of the book I realized that I was not the issue or problem at all, it was just that some people aren't capable of providing the things that you feel you need. What I realized was that instead of carrying unforgiveness and rage around for those people that I need to release them and cut the chains that I had hung around my neck for what turned out to be my whole life. I live free today knowing that it is my desire to make sure that I am a full well for my 5 year old daughter and the importance of having good full wells around to help fill me when I am thirsty. In the section of the book referring to self discovery, it really forces those that are looking to change to get honest with themselves about the issues that caused thier darkness in the first place. I believe we are all looking for change. I just don't think many people are willing to commit to the work. Change will either mobilize you or paralyze you, You choose. Mark has done a great job of walking you through a journey of healing leading to freedom. Freedom from the issues that cause anger, sickness, and yes despair. Do you want to be free? God and a spiritual foundation is what we all need and Mark walks you through a simple yet painful process of helping you overcome your situation, by teaching about real love and instilling in those that desire change what a great and rewarding process it will be. Nothing good comes without work and you paying a price. For the price of this book and the experience you will encounter, it will be one of those PRICELESS experiences. Thank you Mark and because of your book and Gods help today I am becoming a full well, and my daughter and family and all I encounter will have the chance to experience a better person and a great life. Heart changing

What a heart changing book this is! Like me, so many people are aching for wholeness and love.These "empty" people need so much they cannot give.This book helped me realize those needs and identify my consequentail behaviors. This book put me on a solid path of restoration and wholeness.Teaching me how to become "Full" beginning with a foundation in The Lord...The perfect example of a "Full Well".

Every parent and child in the nation should have this book.

This is one book that will make a profound impression upon its readers. Everyone that I know who has read the book has come back with a similar statement. I started the book and it took me on a journey that led me to recognize that I needed to take a look at the role I have or have not played in the lives of my children. When my Dad read the book it opened his eyes in the same way.

**Warning** MUST HAVE A BOX OF KLEENEX WHEN YOU READ! This should be right under the title! This is one of those books that take you through a real life process of forgiveness. We all have issues, but it's great to know that other people are going through or have gone through the same "issues". And not all of my issues were my fault. There's a clear understanding when you deal with the issues that you KNOW are a consequence of your own decisions, but how do you deal with the issues that you were just an innocent bystander... it's not your fault, but you still felt the rejection the hurt. This book is a true healing tool for those who just couldn't understand, "Why me".

This book was a very emotional experience for me. It showed me different areas of my life that I felt extremely empty and hurt. This book has a TREMENDOUS healing process and a way of dealing with those people who have hurt you. I would recommend this book to any one that desires to be a parent, is a parent, has ever felt rejected or hurt. You were not created to be rejected! You were created to love & be loved! This books takes you on that real life journey to becoming "Full".
