I am Kara Thorn, and this is my story. It begins with me as a typical teen girl. I was owning my life in a way that was filled with 'love' and new experiences whom happily continued making life choices with my perfectly fitted, rose tinted glasses. A tragic relationship saw me transpire into a strong, independent woman deciding to avoid falling in 'love' again for the foreseeable future. I ask myself who is Sebastian Hunter? The closer we became the more I started to notice changes in him. It felt as if he was keeping secrets from me. I decided to delve deeper in to his past and dig up skeletons but would I be fond of my discoveries? The realisation hit me, that not everyone around me was to be taken at face value and before I could stop what was progressing, I was submerged into the depths, I could barely keep my head above the surface. I found myself treading water in a world I knew nothing about and I feared I was getting lost in the drama. I was gripped with fear, consumed with grief, but I wasn't going to be the victim. I will become my own hero but I learned even a hero needs friends and liberator.
