Introduction In everyday life, we visit different places like bank, hospital, court, insurance, school, collector office. Mainly there are three things: building, staff, and machines. All these places are recognized as organization. Organization is a very important part of our society. The aims and goals of person in isolation cannot be accomplished; we need organization to fulfil our aims and goals. Only building, staff or infrastructure can neither build organization nor run it. Organization provides service to the society. In our daily life, we see different organization among that human service sector is the best organization. A business organization produces and offers goods and services in order to earn profit as well as to fulfil the needs and desire of customers. Goods are tangible products that can be seen, touched and are capable of being delivered to a buyer. Service on the other hand, is those intangible activities that provides satisfaction of wants and implies an interaction to be realizing between service provider and customers. Service sector has unique features, which make them different from goods. Thus, organization is the vital part for our society.
