Employee Benefits Survey: U.S. and Canada 2011

Results of the third comprehensive benchmarking survey conducted by the International Foundation. Data on pension and retirement plans, health care benefits and other benefits (e.g., dental insurance, life insurance, voluntary benefits, work-life benefits, paid holidays, vacations, disability benefits, sick leave and executive perquisites) are provided for four distinct sectors in the U.S. and Canada: corporations, professional service firms, public employers and multiemployer benefit plans. Questions remain the same as in the 2008 survey, with a few additions concerning survivor benefits, paid sick leave and floating holidays. A total of 1,315 responses were gathered from members of the Foundation and the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists during March and April 2010?1,153 responses from the U.S. and 162 responses from Canada were analyzed.
