The book questions the much-touted infallibility and authority of Science by launching into detailed and critical analysis of the basic and essential constructs of Science including Rationalism, Empiricism, Experimentation, etc., etc.
The book discussed the fallacies and fallibility of Empiricism. That Empiricism cannot be absolute even in terms of physical and corporeal measurements and definitions. Moreover, Empiricism is completely useless when it comes to metaphysical and spiritual matters.
The book similarly discussed the failings and weaknesses of Reason or Rationalism as a tool of scientific investigation.
The book launched into a detailed history of the dubious character of the pioneer scientist and also the latter generation scientist. The remonstrations of this book are that scientist, especially the pioneer European scientists, lack the character to establish a solid and trustworthy pedestal for Science.
The book also discussed the hidden roles of Western governments and pressure groups in manipulating and falsifying scientific researches in harmony with the mischievous interest of the West.
The book also discussed the Islamic, African and prehistoric roots of Science.
