The year is 2039 and writer Nic Walenti is living in a small bungalow somewhere in Florida. He's 68 years old and has officially retired. His son has left and his wife has died. He brought with him his own religion he created and it has changed the entire world. Put all this together and Nic doesn't see anyway the country will make it much longer. But he endures, he keeps going for some unknown reason, waiting to see what will happen next...
