It was written by and for introverts, who are empath and/or hypersensitive adult survivors of narcissistic family abuse, who were the scapegoat of their family. I am self published and I did not use an editor. My reason for not using an editor is cost. I would have been unable to share the methods that have allowed me to regain control of my emotions and life.
