This work addresses different problems and perspectives on the study of emotions and their impact on the educational act. As the title indicates, different applications of the subject to the pedagogical praxis are exposed. This work follows a reflective and philosophical pattern of the subject, so that, evidently, no recipes or exhaustive practical applications will be found. On the contrary, it seeks to broaden the reader's view and to provoke different reflections that allow him to generate his own applications of the subject. After establishing the relationship between emotional feelings and culture and its worldviews, five models of emotional personality that I consider incorrect will be presented. Subsequently, I present a model of emotional development that I do consider adequate, specifically, a model based on human rights.
