Education is crucial in the 21st century for fostering individuals' physical and mental development and assisting them in overcoming society's challenges. Faculty members' feelings have become increasingly significant in this regard, as they play a crucial role in encouraging and assisting students in their physical and mental development. They are the moderators who facilitate the transfer of knowledge to the students, who serve as society's foundation. Without the necessary abilities, knowledge, and skills, teachers cannot be an effective source of information.
