Emma Cleary, a bored 15 year-old stuck in Dover, NJ. Finds a 5k year-old genie in an old Coke Bottle. This is no ordinary, three wishes genie, it is a genie who eats constantly, womanizes, and loves to gamble and watch baseball. He is also very protective of Emma as he leads her on a wild-humorous road trip. His mischievous ways keep getting in the way of Emma's desire to have a boyfriend. First in Dover as Emma tries to fit in and win a part in the School play. The sudden death of her mom drives Emma to want to get the hell out of Dover.
