As I prep my in-famous orange cran-berry salad in the kitchen, I hear some-one coming through the kitchen door."Hi, Em Do you need help with any-thing?" A familiar and kind voice said from behind me.Smiling and turning around, I said, "No, but I could sure use a hug from you ""That's funny, because I could sure use an Emilia hug " Darren smiled, coming over to me, wrapp-ing his arms around me, and twirling me around. "It's so great to see you ""It's great to see you, too " I ex-claimed, as Darren put me down. Giving me a once over, he smiled and said, "You look great ""You do, too " I smiled, grinning from ear to ear.Ever since Darren's parents and my parents were in kinder-garten, they have been best friends. As luck would have it, Darren and I have been great and close friends for a long time Even though he is two years older than me does not matter to us. In fact, it makes our friend-ship strong-er.
