Currently, the growth, the complexity of operations and human relations within organizations require an integral administration, with innovative models that involve all the collaborators in a participative manner with the purpose of improving decision making, increasing work performance and productivity. However, natural growth comes to a halt when there are constant errors and when it is centrally managed by a single individual who does not have the professional profile, academic preparation, work experience as a manager and is governed by traditional, rigid and inflexible organizational models. Such is the case of the Universidad Central Privada, where major problems arise, giving rise to the urgent implementation of a new management model called "Emerging model of management by councils in private higher education institutions (MEAC), which allows managers to be assertive for decision-making in conflict resolution, in a consensual manner based on the principle in vox populli that says "several individuals think better than one".
