The book Emancipation Proclamation delves into the Old Testament and New Testament Scriptures to uncover and reveal Jesus as the Christ, the Anointed One with his anointing, who came to execute His three-fold mission to save from sin, deliver from bondage and demonic oppression and heal mankind from every form of sickness and disease. The decaration of this proclamation was announced by Jesus in Luke 4:16-18 as He read from the scroll, the announcement foretold by the Prophet Isaiah recorded in Isaiah 61: 1-2a.
