Elysia: The Last Adventure

Courtney hasn't visited Elysia in four years due to her studies at Northwestern University, where she's pursuing drama and music. Although she has a boy, Chet, interested in her, she still thinks of Reginald. To her surprise, she's brought back to Elysia where Edward, the good wizard of the Magic World, asks her to journey back in time. He wants her to collect the goodness in his brother, Randy, who is locked in amber and soon to be released. The goal is to prevent Randy from trying to take over the Magic World again. Courtney successfully collects Randy's goodness and takes a trip back to the founding of Elysia, Maelstrom, and the Magic World by Merlin. In doing so, both Courtney and Randy absorb a significant amount of magic power.
After completing her mission, Courtney returns to her regular life, but now has the ability to teleport almost anywhere instantaneously due to the power she absorbed. Her singing and acting talents flourish as she stars in several musical plays. However, at a cast party at Northwestern, a boy attempts to take advantage of her by drugging her punch. Courtney manages to teleport back to her home before anything happens, but this experience sours her opinion of the school. As a result, she transfers to the University of Chicago and makes one close friend. Meanwhile, Randy has escaped from his amber trap and resumed his old ways. The goodness Courtney collected has been absorbed by him, but it is not enough to prevent him from becoming evil again. Courtney must return to the Magic World and fight Randy and his allies once more.
Courtney discovers that she is a distant relative of Merlin and takes a short trip to England to find his hidden lair. There, she meets a very handsome son of a Duke and falls in love with him. Meanwhile, Reginald has also found someone new in Australia. As her relationship with the Duke's son flourishes, Courtney finds success as a singer. However, an ancient evil that once opposed Merlin has resurfaced. Courtney must fight this ancient evil while also planning a life with her new boyfriend. She must balance her personal life with the ongoing battles in both her real world and in Elysia to make things right.
