Sarah Maclean makes a great finale for her three siblings. Simon Pearson is a duke and is desperate to make a good match that will secure his family's reputation and the last thing he needs is someone like Juliana Fiori. Juliana is the half sister to the Ralston bros. courtesy of their mother's indifference to not just their father but also Juliana's. And gets worse after they've managed to work out how to get along without their mother, she comes back into their lives. Juliana lives for passion, with a philosophy of "life's a picnic, and I'm starving to death." She chafes at British society's rigged rules, loves both her half brothers and sisters in law and a catholic. Simon knows his duty, but Juliana is proving to be one of the more amazing, beautiful, enticing, and passionate woman he's met. And Simon is a good influence on her, giving them more comfort, love, and understanding then they could ever know.
